Customers who purchased the product, have two weeks to return it if they were unhappy with the results. The customer will receive a refund of the amount paid for the product. However, if the product is returned in bad shape or a part is missing, the customer won't receive a refund, or they will receive a refund, but not of the exact amount that the customer paid for it. If the product was purchased, and a part was missing or something is wrong with the product, the customer can return it and get the same product or they can get a refund.
